Customer Guarantee - Return Policy

We want you to experience a cool, comfortable and confident wearing experience, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your 3C Underwear, you may return for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. If your item has a defect, we want to know. Please contact 3C and send a picture of the specific defect with some written details about the defect to info@3cunderwear.ca.

Standard Return Policy
• Customer must contact 3C Underwear within 21 days at info@3cunderwear.ca with details of your request for refund.
• All requests must be made within 21 days of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns.
• If customer ordered multiple units, full refund applies to one worn item only and other items to be returned in unworn original sealed packaging.
